Go Store It Self Storage

Jose & Meredith were great, they made renting a storage unit a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Go Store It in Castle Hayne.

Attendants were very nice and well organized. Enjoyed talking with them. Would also refer people there.

It's an absolute nightmare to get support. Someone parked their food truck in my spot and I've been trying for 3 days to get this worked out. The call center is worthless, they cant do anything other than try to reach managers and they just drop the ball as well. It's cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer experience after being a customer around 4 yrs. We were loading up stuff today and it was close to 85 degrees inside the conditioned space. They set it on 80. Told the lady working today it was extremely hot inside the building. She could care less and was very sarcastic about it saying ( it's not going to be like your at home). All I was saying is it was above set temperature in the morning and steadily rising. She could care less so I just hung up the phone. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I'm a contractor and need to store materials but it will be with another company. They seriously need customer training.
