WARNING!!!! MOLD! And the response is outrageous. I started renting a 'climate-controlled' unit in June 2024. My rent was increased 2 months later by $200 a month! When I started to move my belongings out in October, I noticed mold on most of what I was initially unpacking. I have already had to discard clothes, furniture, art, etc. Upon advice, I sought a restoration company to determine what large furniture items can be restored. I asked to not be charged while restoration company determines what can be restored and what needs to be discarded. I was denied. Bad business. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!
