Update: the responses from go store it is one of the single worst handlings of a situation I have ever seen. We tried to file an insurance claim with their insurance company, to process the claim they require go store it to inspect the unit and we need the managers contact name to file. Go store it managers refuse to provide their full name for the claim and we have tried multiple times to get someone to the unit to inspect and they never come or coordinate.
We have had an active leak in another unit and we reported it, they said a tech would contact to inspect, it has been weeks and no one has. We keep following up, no answers. This facility doesn’t care about their customers or their belongings at all. I am absolutely baffled how they are even in business.
Original review: Absolutely the worst! Any review that says this place is good is either by a tenant who is too new to know the issues or the review is too old to know about its current problems.
In this last month there have been tons of break ins at the facility, also there is a huge mold issue. The doors are constantly broken, which is a security and climate control problem and they are doing nothing to fix it. The doors are literally broken right now as I write this review in front of me.
Management is completely aware of both issues and have not notified any customers about possible damage or theft to their units. There are multiple other tenants who have damage to their stuff around ours.
They seem completely content to not actually fix the problem because we have been saying something about the doors for over a month and nothing has been done to fix them.
The greatest customer service in the industry! Nytaea took it upon herself to not only rectify the issue I had in a professional manner; yet made me feel as if it was a personal mission to ensure I was taken care of. Furthermore, concessions were made with my account to recognize their fault and make amends for the mistake. A very welcome outcome in today's divided and corporate driven society. Many thanks Nytaea. You have a customer for life!
MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD !!!!!! MOLD OUTBREAK AT THIS FACILITY!
Humidity levels up to 80%, broken AC units, doors to facility constantly broken and left open. Not secure with multiple break ins. There is no one working on site so you are left to deal with talking to someone on video call in the “office” who can barely assist or know what is going on.
We are stuck spending well over 10k to clean and move all of our belongings with no assistance from the facility. This all occurred due to their negligence. No help from insurance.
They advertise climate control and 24/7 security, neither of these are true. Many customers at facility having the same issue. I WOULD NEVER STORE MY THINGS HERE AGAIN. STAY AWAY.
