Horrible customer service. They raise the rent prices continuously on your current units with 30 day notice. Contract out to a 3rd party insurance company and charge you for insurance even if you have a rental insurance policy with your insurer. (It took months for them to get this straight and even after having a confirmation email from THEIR insurance company, they still tried to say I didn’t have coverage on my unit) Still fighting to get almost $400 credited back to my account that was over charged for 8 months. No one can help when you call in and there is no one on sight as everything is remote. They used to be great until everything went remote. Storage facilities are everywhere. Beware and take your business somewhere else.

I had two calls. One with Nishanth and one with Cherrelle. Both were out of this world and incredibly fast at helping me.

DO NOT STORE YOUR PROPERTY AT THIS FACILITY!!!! They will lure you in with a very low price for 3-4 months (my rate was $75 initially for a nice sized unit) and then increase your rate $20-$25 after that time period. This put a major strain on my already tight budget, which then caused a late fee and an OUTRAGEOUS lien fee. When I tried to at least make a past due payment, they also do not allow you to make any type of payment unless it’s the full amount INCLUDING the lien fee before saying they will send everything off to auction if not paid in full, even if you are trying to make a payment. The customer service was very rude and not helpful at all, and of course they stated “you signed a lease agreement that entails all of these things in the agreement” you should have asked the questions up front. I felt very baited and switched and now am in the possibility of everything going to auction. Beware a $20 late fee and $120 lien fee that is “government issued” and cannot be taken off. I suggest putting your storage in a small private company instead of a corporate giant! Also, this facility doesn’t even have people running it, it is a “virtual” check in with “zoom like” customer service representatives. Please do your research. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
