This facility is clean, easy to access, secure, and, as other reviewers have mentioned, Jon provides outstanding customer service. However, I suspect that many reviews were written shortly after renting, because for at least a full month after I rented, I received countless emails requesting that I write a review. So many, that I almost wrote one just to make the emails stop. It has now been 4 months. I am writing a review now because, of course, my 'good rate' is increasing 30+%...just 4 months in. It's just asinine that the rate would increase that much so soon. So, I wouldn't recommend 'storing' your belongings here. If you need a temporary space for your stuff, this is a really nice location!

My first experience with a virtual assistant and it was great!
Facility was very clean, and the key board to check in was fairly easy to use!

Clean, reasonable and friendly staff to start... but beware...price increases after you move your stuff in!
