Facility manager is never at the unit facility gate is broken. The only entrance into where the lockers are is also broken and does not lock properly and on top of that I was being charged $135 a month for a 5 x 10. I have heard from other people that the rent increased by almost $200 without notice the location has no on-site phone and when you call you get a call center Horribly ran horribly understaffed will never use again

I have been using this storage for about a year now. No issues! Setting it up was easy and staff was friendly. I accidentally did not renew my autopay when I changed card information. I called after 6pm on Friday and was helped by Ranjith. He was understanding and able to help me get the situation rectified quickly, with no penalty. I appreciate the ease and efficiency! I’ll always use them for my storage needs!

I am happy to state that Go Store It Self Storage has sufficiently met my storage needs. I especially like the
staff! They are always willing to help me resolve any issues that I might have. I recently
made a phone call to the call center regarding a technical issue I felt I was encountering on the website while trying to make a payment online. I spoke to Logan who is the
Supervisor. The first thing I noticed was how friendly and approachable he was, which helped to lessen my anxiety. I was worried about making my payment on time. He presented me with another option, provided me with additional details concerning the problem I was having, in addition to answering all of my questions patiently and professionally! After reassuring me that everything with my account was okay I felt relieved to know that Logan was extremely accommodating and solved my problem very quickly!
