Elaine the customer service rep was amazing in helping me get my storage unit. She was extremely helpful and did everything to ensure I was satisfied and the everything went smooth.

When I first rented my unit it was great, 4 months later they raised nearly $40 a month. I recently downsized units for $100 a month, I was just notified again after 4 months that they are raising my rent by $36. They give you a great rate knowing there going to raise it, only because they know people dont want to move the belongings. This is definitely wrong of the company! Let people know that you will raise price after 4 months! You cut out staff on site, so does this not allow you to cut costs?

Registration for our storage unit was online, quick and seamless. The lease and unit location was sent to us upon submission of the registration fee along with the access code information. Process was easy and the premises and clean and bright. The price was the reason we switched as a new company bought out our previous storage location and immediately increased prices excessively. We are grateful to have found this convenient location. We highly recommend this storage location.
