Initially, renting here was a smooth process. At one point, our unit was damaged by a moving truck and we could not access our belongings. Luckily the unit next to us was available, but then we had to spend the entire day moving everything over. We also had to pay for an additional lock, since the lock on the original unit was damaged to no fault of our own. Fast forward to move out day, we had to deal with a horrible roach infestation and ended up having to throw away a lot of our belongings. We then had to pay for our salvageable items to be fumigated elsewhere. Even though we paid for the additional insurance, it did not cover this sort of damage.

I do not recommend renting a unit here unless you are okay with dealing with a roach infestation.

Very easy to reserve and move it. Storage unit and area was extremely clean and easy to access. Customer service was helpful when I had questions.

Great experience.
