If I could do -500 stars, I would. Despite the “climate and temperature controlled” environment, my belongings are moldy. My sofa and love seat, all my wood furniture, and anything that is fabric, paper, and other wooden items have to be replaced. All gone. The day I moved my stuff out it was set at 80 degrees, and there was a leak near another unit but no one on site to help. Please DO NOT rent here if you want your belongings to be safe.

Going to the office and nobody physically being there, and finishing up my paperwork with this wonderful lady on a big screen, sorry I can’t remember your name, was a brand new experience for me. I was fumbling and she was great and got me through everything!!! I still can’t get over today’s technology.
This is such a nice clean stage facility and like she said, I found my unit and opened it up and inside was a brand new lock inside for me and again Thank You.
