Several years ago, before this was sold to a mega corporation, it was pretty decent. Now, the people running it are very arrogant. They act like they are doing you a favor just by being there. Prices are not that great for them. To be that arrogant, I stopped by 1 PM. And waited for twenty minutes and nobody showed up to be in the office.So if you're willing to pay extra for bad service, this is your place

I would give a zero if I could. My husband and I were with the owners prior to Go Store It and we are both Veterans so we received a Veterans discount. We started paying $90 per month for our 10x10 climate unit. Since Go Store It took over we have received 4 increases!! We are now paying $150 per month and they do not give any discounts whatsoever!! That is more than a 60% increase in just a couple years. We definitely would love to change storage units, but my husband is 70 and I am 65 with breathing problems on oxygen, so moving everything to a new unit would be very difficult to do at this time. I just don't understand why they have had rate increase after rate increase and give absolutely no discounts!!
