Go Store It Self Storage

A 50% price hike with barely any notice is ridiculous. I had plans to stay a customer for decades, but that figure lowered to ~26 days when they pulled that. This place had some slapshod character, and the people working on-site were great, but it's nowhere near the price anymore. I'm out.

I got a notice from the storage place and had a few questions. I called in a spoke to Nytaea who was very professional and friendly as well! She understood my concern and was able to work with me and accommodate my concerns. I am very grateful to have spoke with Nytaea today.

This is my first day with Go Store It. The customer service to secure the unit was excellent! They were able to take care of it over the phone, and I moved in on a Sunday! When I arrived at the building, the entrance was easy to access and there were rolling carts in the lobby. The elevator is secured by the code as well, and I was able to go straight to my unit where there was a lock inside. The facility is extremely clean. The only thing that I could really say is that I had to use the elevator on the left because the one on the right was not letting me access my floor. I definitely recommend this storage unit for ease of access and cleanliness.

Go Store It raised our rent by 50% this past month after being there only about 3 months. Not sure if there goal is to retain me and my friend as customers but if it is... that's not the way go about doing it. I would highly suggest finding another company if you are considering Go Store It. This outfit seems to be nothing less than a shakedown committed by a bunch of highway robbers. We are actively looking for another place to store our stuff. You got our 50% out of us by jacking up our rent and I am going to make sure you get your money's worth in negative advertising.
