Go Store It Self Storage

When looking for a storage building with multiple floors, I came across GoStoreIt Self Storage. At first, I was a little apprehensive about renting there due to its remote maintenance. There is no employee in the office or on the property to talk with, so that was a concern for me. I worried about not being able to receive immediate help when needed. However, I was proven wrong. GSI employees are only a text, email, and phone call away. They were able to assist me remotely as though they were face-to-face. ALL my concerns and needs were immediately taken care of. They respond quickly to text messages and will call and email you when necessary. They are also VERY patient and understanding, making sure you get complete service and satisfaction before ending the service call. They assisted me for about a month as I tried to complete a reservation. I finally got it completed with their help.

Safety is another concern I have about storages. Renting at GSI feels safe because there are cameras EVERYWHERE with 24-hr surveillance. The remote staff members are also closely monitoring the cameras throughout the day. l feel safer knowing the cameras are always recording and that employees are watching activities during the day.

I honestly have no complaints. I've had a GREAT experience with GoStoreIt so far!

As a tenant for over two years I found the facility clean and comfortable. The building was always secure however the exit gate occasionally malfunctioned and was left open. The staff I encountered were friendly and able to answer my questions. I never had a problem with the billing system. Other emails were professional in manner. The hours of availability could be extended from 10pm to midnight. I will return to Go Store It should the need arise.
