Go Store It Self Storage

Let me first start out by saying that not all the workers or this way. I literally just got brushed off by one of the associates about my storage unit. I just switched my storage to a different unit and now she saying I owe money. That is the reason my gate won’t open for me, but when I logged into my app it’s not due until July 31! Also I thought that my last month bill on my last unit would roll over. I guess it doesn’t that is fine but her attitude was horrible. I told her what I thought happen she just said uh no.. than proceeded to say bye and hung up in my face. I just called up there today and forgot to hear her name. So rude

Ms Leah was an enormous help and so kind and patient helping me figure out which storage would be best for me and my belongings. She was super sweet and I am so grateful. I've had horrible experiences with previous storage facilities so it was a relief to find a place with excellent staff and a clean facility!

I am very happy with my experience, I needed a storage unit coming from another state and I had some questions.So I called and spoke to Leah and she was very helpful and saved the day ! When I arrived to the storage unit it was clean and I love the play on the different street names to find your unit. I made the right choice by selecting Go store it self storage !
