I am adding to my review below that I submitted about a year ago when I first became a customer. I recently had questions and called the office. Kudos for another experience of great service. This time I spoke with Leah. She was knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Good job with Go Store It to hire great employees that give excellent customer service.

Pass review: Great customer service. Logan was fantastic. Explained everything in detail. My lock was smaller, and I was having a hard time getting it onto the latch. I went downstairs to buy another. He went to the unit and helped me get the lock onto the latch, so I didn't have to spend additional money. I moved because of the lack of customer service. I made an excellent choice moving my things to Go Store It.

Nishanth was very helpful today in adjusting the rate for clients with multiple units. Thank you!! Very positive experience.
