Go Store It Self Storage

Ive only had this RV parking spot 3 months, but the gate has been broke twice in 3 months, once keeping me stuck inside until 1am. The second time I was stuck on the outside with my RV on truck, and nowhere to park it. Mgmt said the gate couldn't be repaired until the next day. Leaving me in a very inconvenient situation. But I do like the parking area and the price is reasonable.

Another update: I’m finally changing my review to 1 star. I’ve just reached my 1 year anniversary of being a customer here and my rent has increased by 110$ per month, effectively doubling in only 12 months time. As mentioned in my previous email service and cleanliness has degraded over time as well. Time to move. There are better options in the area I’d recommend you look elsewhere.

Update: I’m coming back to change my review from 5 stars to 2, original one is below for reference. They’ve replaced Ms. Beverly with a virtual assistant in the office. I never see any attendants physically onsite anymore and the place is not maintained as clean as it once was. The worst part is how high they’ve increased the rates (twice on me in about a year). With the quality of service gone, security of onsite personnel absent, the degrading cleanliness and finally the increases in rent I’m shopping for a new place, there are two newer storage facilities in the area (once across the street) with far more services/amenities and a cheaper rate for same size I have RV parking.

I had the most wonderful experience today with both Beverly and Melanie in renting a storage place. Some of the kindest and best service I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend go store it for the level of service provided, they explained all the options so well and showed me around the facilities with patience and friendliness. They had me signed up in no times and clearly explained everything. Great price and phenomenal service, what more could you ask for.
