Go Store It Self Storage

Would give 0 stars if possible they are money hungry selfish people. And they trick you thinking your getting a good price and after a month or two double your storage unit price because of this we were trying to move storages and asked if we could be prorated for the one week we’re going to be there and they refuse not worth it and rude people do not get a storage unit here

Horrible storage place, they've had a broken gate for over a week. Someone broke into my unit and put their own lock on my unit, there are no actual workers on site since their update. Only a kiosks with a virtual manager at the office building, no one actually on site to address the broken wide open gate. My stuff was taken and rummaged through and the criminal put a new lock after breaking into mine. DO NOT USE this storage unit if you want your property safe or secure, this is not the place. There are Hobos living in half the storage units here as well. They raised the price after 2 months of use even though they don't even pay real staff to work here, its a joke.

Laura was a big help. We were very glad she was available. However, the map of the storage facility sucked.

If I could give this review zero stars I would…. BEFORE they became all corporate and changed their look, the lady in the front office was always helpful AND you could actually talk to her anytime you called their office or even go in to speak with her. After their recent changes….it all went downhill. You can no longer speak to a real person first off. I called them ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE to rent being due and explained that I had already moved out and the rep clearly said she’d let the lady know in the Ennis office….CLEARLY THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I kept getting automated call after call and they had the audacity to send me an invoice for “past due” rent…. You can never get ahold of anyone anymore to clear things up. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I really wouldn’t even call it customer service at this point. Don’t waste your time with this place. Location may be convenient, but I promise you can find a better storage facility with WAY better management. Don’t even waste your time.

Charlene has been such a pleasure to work with on this arrangement. She is accommodating and helpful. I had the option to go with another space, but I chose to Go Store It due to her thoroughness and consistently following up with me. It has been a great experience during a very stressful time. This was the only aspect of my RV move that was NOT stressful!!!! I highly recommend Go Store It. It will bring you tremendous peace of mind!
