They raised the rates on me two times in one year!
This is a nice place and I like that every floor has an entrance (no elevator). Rented a 10' by 10' unit for $169 per month. Three months later got a rent raise notice to $193. Nine months later they sent me a letter they were going up to $273! That's a 61% increase in one year.
I think they know what a pain it is to move, so they are going to keep squeezing their tenants.
Other GoStoreIt's are much cheaper, so shop around and be prepared for this location to push your rent up as much as they can.
