Goin' Postal

I had the misfortune of dealing with the hostile woman that other reviewers have complained about. Everything they said is true. She is awfully rude, unhelpful, and has no clue what she's doing. I would rather walk for a week to deliver a package by hand than ship anything from that store again.

Fortunately I found this place. I went in this facility because I wanted to mail a letter and make copies of several documents to go with the letter. The lady immediately acknowledged me and in a couple minutes had me ready. I can tell everyone that if you need a postal service don't waste your time standing in line,just let this business get you going. You'll thank me later.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again.

I trusted the 4 star review for “Goin’ Postal”. I should have read the review where someone mentioned the chance of dealing with a kind, helpful worker or a rude, unhelpful worker. Unfortunately, I had the displeasure of dealing with the rude employee of the two. I normally don’t leave reviews but the two times I have tried to use their services, she had been very discourteous. Between her irritated tone and purposeful unhelpfulness, I am happily using any other postal service. It’s a gamble to see who will be on duty. BE WARY.

Been dealing here for many years. There are two women currently working in there. One is very friendly and very patient and very helpful. The other one is a total opposite. I am sure once you're in there. You will figure out which is which.
