Really nice people

I purchased items from a nearby auction which were shipped through Goin Postal. All the items arrived meticulously packed and were shipped for a reasonable cost. Somewhere between the end of the auction and the items arriving at my door, 2 items I purchased did not make it in the box. Caleb assured me that regardless of who was at fault (auction house or Goin' Postal) we would come to a resolution. After speaking with the auction company and Caleb at Goin' Postal, it was decided that the items would not be recovered and the cost of the lot would be split between the two parties.

In a time where customer service is nearly nonexistent, Caleb at Goin' Postal showed me that this is simply not the case. I can't thank these guys enough for being professional and friendly especially after having to pull money out of their own pockets.
