Goin' Postal

Had submitted a FedEx overnight on the Tuesday before 2 PM. I was assured that the delivery can be done by Wednesday first hour at Washington DC. Today is a Friday, my recipient says he did not receive any even after 72 hours. I tried calling this location everyday since Wednesday afternoon. The call was never answered. Dropped a voice mail. No response. Even today (Friday) when called, the person at the store responds carelessly that my package is not their responsibility. After paying $50+ for the service, I feel like taken as granted by the store people. This is my second time with this store. I will anyway take this up with small disputes court and people involved in this sheer negligence will obviously be responsible for my losses and the consequences.

Guys be careful! don't trust their services.

I was here not too long ago and I was met with kindness and mercy.

You see, the mail system in this country is a profound and intricate system - second only in the complexity to the U.S. federal tax code.

My ignorance upon arriving here with my mail problems was on full display. I was ashamed of my foolishness and ill-preparedness. But they did not show me the punishment I deserved - Psalm 103:10 (NIV): 'He does not treat us as our sins deserve or repay us according to our iniquities.'

Instead they gently coached me through my folly and guided me on a correct path for sending my mail. I am forever grateful for my experience here.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this business due to the behavior of a staff member, which bordered on discrimination. The tone and attitude I encountered were not only rude but deeply uncomfortable. I hope the management takes steps to address such behavior to create a more respectful environment for all customers.

Horrible for printing service. They messed up all my colors and everything then tried to blame it on my format. UPS had no problem printing everything I needed perfect using the same format the first time.

Be careful when going here. They will charge you much more than a post office would. A certified mail was charged with $11.79, but on the USPS website, the estimated cost is just $6.32. If they intend to charge extra for the convenience, they should post it in store instead of surprising the customer after everything is done. Plus, their convenience fee is too much!
I do not recommend this place.
