I've needed the services at this business 3 or 4 times in the last 2 weeks. I was always politely greeted. They were helpful in shipping options. Trey took time to go through each one to make sure I was getting value as well as good service. I was thrilled to find out they have DHL service as I often need to ship internationally to missionary schools. I am new to Clayton and I appreciate the consideration and community atmosphere.

We are business owners and customers can sometimes be challenging. That being said, this owner has no concept of positive customer service. This is the second time we have been in and it’s the same time each time. He has too much going on to be helpful. Today, we arrived during listed business hours and he was at the door and told us Sorry we are closed. I said, oh no, why? He said because I’m supposed to be on vacation and I’m leaving. Truly, he does not care about serving others. He’s all about serving himself. He can’t be bothered with anything out of the ordinary. I highly encourage you to support other local pack and posts near the area that actually care about assisting you. We will drive to Franklin in leui of going back to him. Support local companies that truly care about providing good customer service.

The OWNER is wonderful! The employees are not so great. Any time I go in and have to deal with an employee I feel like I'm a burden. Not helpful at all and rude.
