Goin' Postal

My sister in law used this service to post us items in Australia. The items went missing in transit and I reached out to Goin’ Postal multiple times for support to help locate our parcel and they never responded. According to the tracking Goin’ Postal provided, the items are still “in transit” in Chicago which hasn’t changed since November 2021. Happy to take your money, but won’t be there to support you if your item goes missing - if 0/5 stars was an option, I would have given this as a rating.

David is a great guy who is always very helpful, especially in a situation like today when I needed help packaging an item for shipping. He knows his customers and is an all around great guy. Recommend Goin Postal to anyone for any shipping need.
