Update your Saturday hours you knob heads!

This used to be my go-to spot for both business and personal needs. I paid for noon delivery next day on a FedEx package months ago. When the package did not arrive on time, I sent an email letting them know. Over two months later and I still don’t have a refund. I am a big fan of supporting small, locally-owned businesses. But not when they don’t follow through and just offer one excuse after the next for MONTHS. Sadly, this location that is super convenient for me will no longer have my business.

Great location to ship DHL package! The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

i used to come here weekly to drop packages off but since the staff has changed, i'd rather just go to the post office. the blonde and brunette that currently run the desk don't speak when i walk in -- the brunette in particular just stares at me the entire time like they've never seen a person before. the blonde said today, 'you seem like you know what you're doing' after almost running into me, so apparently that's reason enough to not acknowledge someone walking into their store. i would think that they would want to build some kind of positive relationship with people that regularly stop in, rather than acting like they have no business even being there. i'll go out of the way to go to the post office and fedex/UPS stores.

they are never there my last package I had to get from the post office in June. now another package can't be delivered because there hours are like 3 half days closed when postal service is there to deliver package's. Got lucky and they were open to pick up package . they they need to update there hours of operation . if you call all they have is a voice recording of there limited hrs. which do not match the hrs. posted on temp sign on there door . I paid for this service and still had to chase down my package at the post office because of lack of customer service from this business.
