Review:
Our package arrived late and tried to get a refund. FedEx said that since we shipped it through Going Postal the request for refund would have to come from them. When I called Going Postal they said they did their job it was on FedEx and would not submit for a refund. I will not be returning to Going Postal and will be going directly to UPS or FedEx in the future.

Review:
i left my keys in my hotel room in south beach miami & called Go Postal right away. Kim was MORETHAN HELPFUL, on something she had never dealt with. I was very frantic & probably not the nicest at points, and she was SO EXCELLENT. my keys arrived today, ahead of time (took less than 24 hours!!!) Thank you so much, Kim! You are a real life superhero!!!!!!

Review:
The woman working was extremely inconvenienced when I walked in. She had tattoos all over, no mask and sighed when I asked her any questions. I decided to take my stuff and leave. Not professional to wear a tank top showing sweaty armpits either.
Never coming back here again.
