Review:

Had a great experience here. I had to ship a water cooler for a warranty process and I know squat about shipping things, so I was expecting this to be a difficult time. I didn’t catch the lady’s name who helped me but from other reviews I think it might be Becky? She was polite, professional, patient and made what I thought was going to be a difficult time to a very pleasant one. Next time I need to ship anything I am coming back here.

Great family run business we have patroned for a few years now. Thankful for them making this a welcoming place like going into a friend's business. Doesn't hurt to see adorable dogs there, either! I like the small gift items and now Door County coffee. Highly recommend!

Goin' Postal helped me rectify a shipping situation that I didn't foresee. The owner went above and beyond to address my issue, even though it was my mistake. I 100% recommend this business to anyone who needs help shipping packages. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Review:

My first experience...over the phone I was told that of you drop something off with them FedEx they won't help you if the item gets lost, not even looking up the tracking number (nothing through them gets sent electronically). They only keep records of things that you purchase through them specifically. Ok, fine. Small business mentality in a small town. Second experience...I walk in to drop something else off & the individual working wasn't wearing a mask. I'm not someone who finds this a highly sensitive issue. Maybe they legit have medical issues, but looking around NO ONE, besides customers walking in, was wearing a mask. Even if you don't agree with it, when there's a state-wide mandate try considering that as a business you sometimes put personal views aside for societal requirements. Oh and someone who seemed to be working there was running around barefoot? I get being comfortable at work, but really? (In your comment back instead of taking on a defensive nature, please consider this from a customer standpoint & opportunity to improve business practices, in order to achieve greater success).
