Goin' Postal

Horrible!!! The box dimension are printed on the outside box (8x4x4). The RUDE lady measures 8x5x5 and says it’s the “outside dimensions” of the box! I questioned her as to how standard cardboard grows 1” inch larger??? Then she questions me in the parking lot telling me everyone measures a box that way! Really???

Went to post office who measured the box as printed and shipped! No up charge for size! No issue with 8x4x4.

Going Postal is a waste of time and money! Up charge scam! Don’t recommend! Rude and disrespectful!

Pulled up at 12:50 to mail a package only to have the person inside the building go to the door and switch the sign to closed. The hours on the door so they are open until 1:00 and this caused me to have to go to the USPS to mail. This is the second time that I have been here and both times were unimpressive. Not going back. Don't recommend.

I almost didn't stop in today because of the all the negative reviews. However, I found them to be friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thanks

They could save themselves a whole lot of customer complaints if they had a phone number to ask questions about their services. I was told No when I came in to do a UPS return. I wasted a driving trip.
