The owner has always been very nice and helpful, and has gone out of her way to answer questions and provide information many times. Super convenient.

I brought some items in to have them boxed up for international shipping
I figured since I was there I would fill out the customs form before going to the post office
The person working asked me where I was sending the box
I knew Goin' Postal in Fergus Falls doesn't ship internationally but, I played along
She went ahead and typed in the destination than told me it would cost just over $400 to send
I just laughed and told her no it won't
USPS can ship it for as low as $60 and UPS can ship it for around $200
This wasn't the first time I've sent an international package but, I didn't say anything about that
She must've been offended that I knew more about her job than she did because she got real snotty and told me 'that's what the rates are here, I don't know about other places because they set their own rates'
Here's the thing
Goin' Postal cannot ship internationally because an international package customs form cannot be submitted by a third party
It must be submitted directly by the person sending the package through USPS, UPS, DHL Etc.
She/Goin' Postal was only trying to get me to pay an extremely high rate knowing they wouldn't be able to send my package and when it didn't arrive they would just say it wasn't their fault
SCAMMERS

Had to drop off 2 packages, 1 for USPS and 1 for Fed Ex. Took me less time than it would have taken me just to walk into the post office!

Went there today and the whole time I was in there the woman was in her cell phone having a casual conversation with a friend. She was extremely rude to me. Can’t give no stars or that would be my response. Not professional at all definitely won’t be back till they can get better employees...
