Goin' Postal

Recently visited this location. The customer service was amazing! I learned so much about how returns work. I even received valuable information regarding how to track using a little icon on my iphone. They also make custom vinyl banners. I will definately have one made. Great experience!!!

Older man is very kind with great customer service. I will go back just to have the experience again.

Staff or owner are not pleasant not sure who he was. Went in for service and saw him being rude to a postal worker picking up mail as if she did not know how to do her own job. I left without giving them my business due to seeing that interaction. Spoke with my mail carrier and neighbors have told me of other negative interactions. They charge for prepacked and labeled UPS and FedEx drop offs, which is their absolute right as a business. Not much, a $1, no biggie. However, if it were me, knowing that there is not a FedEx or UPS store close, i would offer that service for free in the hopes that people coming in to drop packages such as Amazon returns, would at times buy other products or services. Its a business they can do as they choose, hint, there are UPS and FedEx drop boxes for free in the business parks behind the store. Just look at how they respond to the one star reviews they get. Love to see the response to mine. If i were the owner or whomever responds to reviews, i would not berate one star reviews, i would ask about the experience and how I could improve my service and thank those that gave me good reviews.

Again, your response while better than some, still assumes ignorance of others, this time, me. A bad business move or just disrespectful in general. I know which location I was at because i can literally walk there in 10-15 minutes from my home. I pass it daily while driving. Ok maybe the female postal worker was not there on business, but still was in uniform and just from the little I heard was treated disrespectfully. Ill speak to my mail carrier and ask what she has heard about your business and report back. I know you are by Pizza Hut and Donatellis, also Hawk Ridge Dental which is building a new location, directly across the road on Lake St Louis Blvd. A tanning location as well. I knew exactly where I was, no confusion there. This post is about 1 year after my experience to be completely honest. I only felt the need to post after speaking with some neighbors and their experiences. Why it got brought up I don't know i came in mid conversation of a neighbor stating he would never go back which reminded me of what I witnessed.

Well a little background, i used to work for Smurfit-Stone which was acquired years ago by Rock-Tenn. I'm guessing you know those names as they are in the packaging/corrugated production industry. Now im in the rail industry, again, I suppose rail moves nothing and knows nothing about shipping??.. While on the manufacturing end of rail components i work daily with logistics companies. Mainly TLs thru logistics companies we have contracts with to hubs and then forwarded to hump yards or at times LTL to combine to TLs at a hub based on destination. I work with customs brokers in Laredo, Houston and other places close to the southern border, deal with customs documentation and much more. Ship yards, at times overnight NDA for heavy loads based on what we produce. So to assume i know little about the industry, well id say you are incorrect.

All that said maybe i will come by the store one more time to introduce myself, but it is your business, you choose how to run it. I'm a huge believer in small family owned businesses, so this was by no means an attempt to run business off, i would never want that. Just came up after conversation with neighbors, all in close proximity to your store. Was simply a review, no personal digs. I dont know who was working that day, you, an ex employee you got rid of because of issues. All it was, a simple review.

Id stress anyone reading this to please by all means go to your location and spend locally, good experiences will return, others will judge for themselves.
