Goin' Postal

I had been going here for years but will no longer support this business. The owner was so rude and doesn’t understand customer service. I was charged $1.22 for 2 pieces of trashed paper. I wasn’t told there was a cost until my package was sealed. Usually in the past they would ask as a courtesy. She threw her employees under the bus saying they weren’t doing their job correctly. This is unfortunate because I have been coming here for years without any hassle. This owner will try and scam you. I heard a customer say they have been trying to call and she said their phone lines were having trouble. However a previous day I was there, they were answering them and mentioned to me that the owner simply won’t answer them.

I'm very happy with the service at Goin' Postal! Emily and her staff has been nothing but kind, fair, and helpful. I'm impressed with how they run the place and, as a whole, it has a wonderful small-business feel--personable and sincere.

They have always been great to work with even last minute! I can email them my project and pick it up later the same day.

I absolutely love and depend on this place. Any!! Of my church needs, Sunday school, food pantry, I go here!! Affordable, and talented!! People who even help design!! I've emailed ideas, Gordon the rough draft...and eerily ? enough my idea is perfectly put on paper!! Who does that???!!! Going Postal!!
