Goin’ Postal is my go to printer. Great service and people!

I have been doing business with Goin Postal for 5+ years now, as we love to support local companies. I have always been very happy with their service, until now. I ordered 100 brochures for my company, got the nice paper and prints on both sides so the total cost would roughly 85.00. The print looked great however the gal that folded them (Emily, also the manager) did a terrible job. She also charged me to fold them.
I cannot hand these out on behalf of my company and be looked at as a professional. I called and asked for them to be reprinted and I would fold them. Emily took my order and let me know when they would be ready for pick up. Emily called me today and let me know that I need to pay for them and she is willing to take 18.00 off my order. This is completely unacceptable. This was their mistake and they should be willing to replace my order free of charge. I will no longer be supporting Goin Postal, I will take my business somewhere else.
