They're always so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable no matter what I'm coming in there for. They accept prepaid label parcels as well as ones they need to create a label for (ie you purchase through them). I LOVE that I can drop prepaid parcels for USPS, FedEx, and UPS all in one place.
