Love this location. Wonderful owners. Wonderful service! So today August 28, 2024, my two packages arrived. Custom boxed and packed professionally. Absolutely PERFECT condition. Glass framed art and a box full of 50 year old Mervyn’s Mission buildings arrived safe and sound. You can really trust them to do a great packing and shipping job. So happy.

I went to Goin Postal to ship several items. It was pouring down rain and I couldn’t go back out to my car to grab my packing tape so I asked the owners if they would mind me using their tape. The man was completely rude and condescending. He had me in tears. I got all of my things and ran back out to my car in the rain. I felt humiliated! I do not recommend using this place.

They were both rude after asking a simple question. Was hoping for a friendly response or suggestion.

These guys are always so helpful. They will go the extra mile and happy to answer questions. I don't like going anywhere else!

You have railroaded and instilled fear in my assistant making her feel the only option was to purchase a nore expensive shipping option when it is totally unnecessary. To say the USPS is too backed up to deliver and instead use U P S at nearly twice the cost is unacceptable! This is not the way you should treat people. This is the 2nd time we have had an issue like this with you - never again!
