Goin' Postal Sugarmill and Book Store

Super place, I get all my.mail sent out of there.... great customer service always! go SU!

The business name “goin’ postal” is an accurate one, given that the business owner is a hair-trigger away from hitting you, the customer, with some bizarrely rude behavior. I entered the store, took out my phone to access my Good Reads To-Be-Read list of specific titles and authors, and I began looking for specific titles. The owner of the business came over and scolded me about “scanning” his books. When asked why he would speak to people so rudely he gave the, “you gotta understand…” defense about how customers in the past had been rude to him, were scanning the books to try and find rare titles, etc. No apology - just a lecture about how we needed to understand why his treatment of us was justified. 0/10. Do not recommend. Take your book buying business, or really any business, to any other shop around.

They dont deserve one star, rude, unprofessional and zero customer service, the woman has the worst attitude!!!!
