Excellent service! I cannot say enough good things about Golan and the men that helped me with my move. I had three stops and a ton of stuff. The men were absolutely wonderful and they handled everything with care and were very patient and had a great attitude the entire time. I spoke with Krystal to arrange my move and she provided excellent client service. I have moved many times and used different moving companies in the past and Golan by far is the best!! The pricing was very fair and reasonable. I will highly recommend Golan to all my family and friends.
Move from Glenview to Texas. Packing and transport were excellent. Good communication. My movers here in Lubbock were exceptional. Freddie and Rodger. Very happy with my move.
Sometimes you can want to do all the right things and still you allow your old habits to take over. I chose this company because I used them ten years ago and they were professional and extremely hard working. I know people say this but they lived up to every single word. The problem was there prices kept increasing so I had to look for other movers. Not one lived up to Goland. Well, after one too many bad experiences I went back. I wish I could say that time had not changed a thing but time changes all things sometimes for the good and in this case for the worst. Goland, like most moving companies will do their best to price gauge you. They will wrap, tape and rebox things that are highly questionable. Most of the workers are hard working but when you get a lazy crew you pay for it in every way. I know I did. These people decided that my multiple cases of water and cat litter could and would be better off if they left it on the street. So, they did. To add insult to injury after I reported the incident, after the workers had to turn around and go back to retrieve the items they took a 25 minute bathroom break. acording to their supervisor, on my dime. Yes, I had to pay for this 25 minute break. Oh wait the supervisor said he'd give me awww 5 minutes off. Are you counting the time they had to go back and retrieve the items, I am. Then Michael quote was eight hundred. The quote on the actual paper was $2500. Then they called an hour before to say, Hey we charge for after hours. Of course it's after 5 p.m. now. Update. They were true to their word. I got $50 off. Hum, I think I'm going to get my little red wagon the next time I attempt any move. I feel as though I just did business with ASAP management, screwed over again.
