Golden Eagle Moving - United Van Lines agent

Completely unprofessional company. They have some crew members and administrative staff that are great. The other half are poor and will offer you inaccurate information. Do not move forward with this company if you are looking for overall quality services. As a repeat customer I was hoping for a better result - out of 3 times using this company I have only been fully satisfied once. I will never use this company again. I would give half of a star if possible.

I had used Golden Eagle Moving for moves in the past with great success, so I called them again for my most recent move at the beginning of January from Rancho Cucamonga to Apple Valley, CA. The 4-man crew of Prince, Jerry, Arthur, and Raheem worked hard during the more than 8 hours it took for the move. They were friendly, polite, efficient, and conscientious during the whole time. I had some challenging heavy, awkward-to-handle furniture, but they handled all my worldly possessions carefully and nothing was broken or damaged or missing. Brittany of the office staff and Chris, the estimator, were also friendly and easy to work with. I certainly can highly recommend Golden Eagle Moving located in Upland, CA.

I recommend Golden Eagle. They have it together. We have used their services for over 15 years.

The stress of moving is sometimes overwhelming, but this company has such great customer service they had my tears turn into smiles and laughs. The professionalism and prices are definitely unbeatable. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone trying to make a move in state or across country!!
