Good Green Moving

they should offer zero stars - I confirmed and signed a contract Monday 11/6 for a move already booked for Friday 11/10 at 10am with Jonathan the owner - they helped us move in 2022 from San Rafael to Petaluma and were amazing - however no one showed up Friday 11/10 and at 10:20 I left a voicemail and email - I got a call back from the warehouse department saying we weren't on the schedule and can we change it to Saturday 11/11 - I asked if we could somehow still move on Friday and they said they would try - they got back to me and said they can send a partner company at 1pm - we had already placed our dogs in daycare and had a helper scheduled for 1pm - we had to cancel our helper and take car loads down ourselves while waiting for t he 1pm arrival - the partner company arrived after 1 - it was a new partner company new rates - no financial consideration for the stress, grief and inconvenience and not even an apology phone call - like the partner company said they had nothing to do with the original deal they were just helping us out - I will NEVER use this company again

I would give this company ZERO stars if I could. There is NOTHING good about them. Buyer BEWARE!!! READ ALL of the NEGATIVE reviews! Make sure to read them on yelp as well. There are a lot of them.

I've known Good Green Moving and Storage for the past year now and I think they’re an outstanding eco-friendly company that's focused on helping reduce the carbon footprint as well as the cost of moving. They offer free green reusable Bins on every local move with 2 free months of storage!

They give a tremendous amount back to the community and the planet.

My company has used Good Green Moving on several occasions for large and small moves. The team on the ground and behind the scenes are always so kind and courteous. For our most recent service, the team consisted of Johnathan (the owner), Eric, Edgar, Aurelio and, Jorge B, all of whom were great to work with. I appreciated their willingness to get our move scheduled within the short timeframe we needed it done in. Would definitely recommend Good Green to anyone looking for a moving company!
