Good Guys Moving KC

My 2” marble top to my vanity table where i sit to do hair and makeup was dropped and broken by one of Bill’s employee’s on 11/26/2021. I have contacted company numerous times in last 5 MONTHS patiently waiting for what was promised was being made. But now It is physically become a hardship to sit at bathroom counter with knees hitting cabinets . I truly felt I could trust in this being fixed and paid my full bill which was significantly higher than quote. I’m very disappointed and should have kept broken one at least Id had a template for a new one and withheld costs from their pay Victoria Harris.

Update: while it was 6 months later and
No communication to keep me updated. I do have a similar piece of marble back in my make- up mirror . So I will raise score to 3 I had damage to sofa and edges of items not padded correctly. I would hate to be mover but if your going to own it make sure all guys pulling their weight . If sick stay home , if lazy get new job.

We hired them at the last minute to move furniture for us before having our carpet installed. Everyone we spoke to or had in our home were wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them!

These guys are amazing. Best movers I’ve ever had, and I’ve moved a lot. They were so careful with all of my things and we’re so efficient. I don’t know what they put in the Good Guys Moving co water cause these dudes were absolutely crushing it. I will 100% use these guys next time.
