Good Move Movers, Inc.

They are great! The guys moved us flawlessly and in amazing time!!! They didn't mess around. They were great to deal with, the communication was excellent and I felt they were very fair pricewise. My family and friends have used them and recommended to me and they didn't disappoint.

I'm going to start with the positive ... the guys working are kind and hard workers. We had issues in he house that were worse than we were aware of.
The price quoted was good and I had told the office we had a 'lot of stuff'.
The problem is the office LIKE TO DOUBLE BOOK MOVES!!!! They say your move is 4 hours and then when it's NOT COMPLETE at 4 hours .... they LEAVE YOUR JOB and go to the next one. They didn't return to use for 5 1/2 hours!!!!! We sat not knowing when they would show up or IF they were just going to expect to show up in the morning to finish! I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON! We were charged double for our the move (that they under estimated. And I had specifically asked if there was a 'box limit'!!! And was told 'no'.) When I called the owner (or manager ) the next day I asked hiw we were going to be compensated for the 5 1/2 hours we were in limbo. His 'generosity' was laughable ....almost .... he took $100 off the bill!!
So I was Generous giving the company a rating of 3! This type of business practice is like greed!
Would I recommend them ..... no! And that hurts me to say because, as stated before...the workers were great! I did tip...not as much as I would have, but they deserved something.
I strongly suggested that they rethink their way if quoting. To under bid and then charge double is garbage!!

Good Move Movers was incredible from start to finish!! We had several last minute changes and they were so accommodating to meet our needs. Our team, Manny, Ty, and Alex, worked so hard to carefully pack, load, and unload all of stuff. They truly made the process seamless and stress free.
