Good Neighbors Moving Company Costa Mesa

I’ve called almost every day for the last week, and not one person has called me back in regards to my move! This place took a deposit from me, and has refused to cancel my order! This place is a scam! I was originally working with Phil Kay, the phone number and email he has proved me to reach him are not accurate. Every time I get someone on the phone, I keep being told they’re going to transfer me to the dispatcher and not one person has called me back! DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE!

Absolutely garbage

This company 'misplaced' over $10,000 of valuables and did the bare minimum to try and locate the items. Because of their contracts I was given a laughable $70 for my valuables that cannot be replaced. I wouldn't recommend this company if you care about seeing all of your belongings again.

Overpriced and destroyed my piano. When I talked on the phone with their rep we went through everything I would need moved and where it was being moved to and he quoted me 1200 by the end of the move they only dropped the boxes in my new places garage and said it’ll cost 1900. During the move they rolled my pianos decorative wheels down the drive way and on asphalt completely destroying them and then took a large chip out of the corner of the piano itself. The entire move the main mover kept talking about how I needed to tip big and “take care of his boys”. I filed a claim for my piano and after two weeks of no response about the claim I reach out to them and all of a sudden I have my claim papers the next day. In the end they gave me 300 dollars for something that’ll probably cost me 900 to fix. Do not recommend them.
