Good Neighbors Moving Company Costa Mesa

Echoing what others have written: We were estimated $2000, but charged $4000, which had to be paid before they moved our stuff into the new home. They broke: 60-inch TV, a full-length mirror, centerpiece from our wedding, wooden storage container, and our daughters' dollhouse.

Worst of all, they broke the leg off the irreplaceable antique wooden armoire I inherited from my grandmother. They tried to hide this, and it fell on top of our 6-year-old.

They arrived an hour and a half early, then charged us for the time. They charged us for the hour lunch break, and the hour they spent literally lying in the grass outside our new apartment while we waited for their payment system to process my card. They packed our tape, and charged us for tape. They packed boxes inside other boxes, and charged us for boxes.

To top it off, one of the guys insulted my (disabled) husband by saying, 'Dude, you really need to start lifting weights so you can move this yourself.'

ETA: Yes, this is the correct company. It was scheduled under my husband's name.

David and Ramon were fast, professional, and amazing with all our belongings! It was so worth it to hire them for all of our move. Would definitely hire them again. We absolutely couldn't have done it on our own!

They were on time did quality work and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Manuel and Miguel were superb!!!! 5 stars!!! It was my first time using a moving company, and I will definitely be calling them again in the future! The brothers arrived in a timely manner, they were professional, courteous, efficient with a smile on their face! Thanks again, what an amazing experience and a piece of mind:)!
