Unprofessional services.. Rip off workers will damage your furnishing and appliances without saying a word. The office will not respond to claims.. The workers will ride the clock so at the final close you are charged in upwards of 700$ more than you quote. I do not recommend utilizing this moving service

The worst would be an understatement! We moved in June of this year and had sold most of our furniture. They only had 11 items to move. Of that 11, 7 items got damaged or broken. The freezer became unusable and the $4000 adjust bed frame got bent. Furniture scratched or broken and the dryer was dropped and Cracked. They were not strong enough to handle anything. Me and me 13 year old daughter had to step in and carry most of it especially unloading. They reimbursed only $160 which was nothing compared to the damages. They were told not to back into the front but did anyway and back over the exposed water line on a new contribution. The water line burst and sunk the back of the truck. I had to go get a tractor and pull them out. This caused $300 in water line damage. I could go on and on but never hire this company to move anything.

To begin with they were late, said they would be there at 8 & didn’t show up until 8:40. Paid for 2 hrs but they took their sweet time pushing it to almost 3 hrs. They basically asked for a tip mid-service, they weren’t very careful with my furniture, they seemed to be very annoyed to be moving my things. They also lied during booking saying there was no extra fee’s and that the total would be $350-$400 just to get to the end & apparently there was a random $175 fee that was not stated when asked before booking & the total ended up being $600 for ONLY 5 pieces of furniture. When called & asked to explain the cost of everything they put me on hold and then hung up on me and charged my card anyway. I do not recommend them & I feel scammed bc they were not clear on their prices & their attitudes about having to move my things were less than subpar.
