Where do I begin with the reasons why you should find a different company? First, they gave a quote then after they arrived, changed thevquote to nearly five times the original amount! They then settled on a lesser amount, however, they took the $175.00 deposit and failed to apply it to the negotiated total. After paying the balance in cash, they then cleaned out my bank account with an unauthorized and illegal card purchase, which I discovered later that day. I am still waiting for my funds to be returned. 'Jasper' claims he is discussing with his supervisor, but has not given me any names or personnel of supervisors ar claims people. If that wasn't bad enough, the damage, broke wood off, my antique dresser and never told me. Other items were scuffed and marred because they never protected any items. They also damaged items that were not even mine, but where they moved my furniture to. Again, no place or one to talk to regarding a claim. They state one thing and do the opposite. The list goes on. Run, don't walk, away from this company.

Believe me when I say read the reviews before going forward with a company. They showed up with a u haul! Makes you think you should’ve moved yourself! If you’re in a hurry and need to book a same day move, do not! Just do it yourself!

The company is a joke! They don’t background check any of their “employees” that come from Craigslist, no drug tests. They do not have a claims. It’s literally 2 people, the owner and another person running the show. Every 5 star review you see are not people who have been moved, it’s people the owner ask to leave these amazing reviews because he can’t get good reviews from the people the company have moved. I don’t care if people still decide to hire this scam of a company, but don’t get upset when the REAL REVIEWS warned you.

After receiving my quote and agreeing to move forward after they agreed to match the quote I received from another company they more than doubled the amount and broke my kitchen table. This move was only a 1.5 miles. Their truck left a giant oil leak and stain in my driveway as well. I attempted to make a claim regarding the damaged table and have not received a callback.
