Good Time Moving & Storage

Our son used Good Time Moving & Storage for his move to MI. However his belongings were shipped in a container on Good Time Moving & Storage moving truck. The team arrived on exact time and start loading items which he had packed and labeled a day before. The whole move was finished. Moreover, we got a perfectly reasonable quote. I admire them.

I hired the Good Time Moving & Storage with quite a short notice but Robert set everything up with no issues, communicated all details over e-mail and gave us a very reasonable quote. Robert and crew was so great! They arrived on time, were extremely professional and got the job DONE so quickly! They were such an effective team that the job felt like it took no time at all. Recommended!

I was quoted $109/hr, for two hours (that is a total of $218) When the driver arrived he had me sign two things in his phone. He told me they were: #1 for them to do the move and #2 that the moving company has insurance. The movers were 3 hours late, and after the two hour move, I asked for an emailed receipt. I was not given a receipt, only a text of their charge. A total of $436, not including my $50 deposit!! That's a total of $486. That is $268 over my quote. After calling I was told they charge an additional hour for the truck/fuel and a 4% credit card fee!! They said it was on the contract. What contract?!?? A contract that I was never given!! Scott, the general manager said the contact was on the driver's phone and included the two places I signed. There was no mention of "said contract" - EVER and I never received a copy of "said contract". After complaining to the general manager, I was only refunded $137. This company is totally shady and not transparent. They have terrible customer service and do not care that they are taking people's money without their knowledge. Oh, and by the way they are not accredited with the better business bureau and currently have an F rating with them as well! Unfortunately I found that out after I used them. Stay as far away from this company as possible!

It is the best moving experience I ever had. The price quote was reasonable and the best part is, it remained the same throughout. The moving team was so professional and quick. I cannot believe all the extra care and attention they took, but how quickly they moved. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

The manager of Good Time Moving & Storage was patient with my many questions and concerns about the move as this was my first time moving alone. He was reassuring, thorough, and very professional. They packed and loaded everything with great care and also in reasonable prices. After watching them I have a greater respect for movers. Highly recommended.
