Good Time Moving & Storage

For me, service and kindness are the most important qualities in a moving company. Our family doesn’t have anything super expensive so a ding or scratch isn’t a big deal to us. Though I will say that Good Time Moving & Storage did a great job on that front and nothing was damaged. They are the most professional and skilled movers. They are great. Highly recommended.

God sent me Good Time Moving!!! They are the best! They moved my dad from Woodbury Tennessee to Oklahoma! John is absolutely amazing! John's crew were awesome! I could not have had a better experience. I can't forget the SUPER PACKERS! They are Awesome!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Good Time Moving!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It's very rare for me to give a place of business one star. Unfortunately, Good Time shouldn't even get that. Two higher-ups in the company and one mover literally just left my apartment. They were here to look at the things that were damaged in my move. I knew it wouldn't go well when one of the guys said "Let me explain how moving works." I stopped him there and informed him that before I joined the Army, I was a lead driver and trainer for two years at one of the biggest moving companies in Nashville. So I know very well how moving works, as well as basic physics. After going back and forth he was determined to steer things his way. After showing him all of the things that were broken (I had before and after pictures of my property as well) he asked if $150 would cover it. I am trying not to be angry as I write this but he might as well have slapped me in the face. That money would not even cover half of what I paid for my entertainment center alone. After walking in and seeing how my things were placed in my apartment these movers clearly did not care. Even someone who had never moved before should have more common sense than what I saw. Everyone from their front office to the ones who moved me should be ashamed, and I hope that one day they all know the feeling of someone treating their property as they treated mine. This company is a disgrace to the moving business. To anyone looking for movers I implore you to keep looking and go with a different company. I could continue explaining more about their incompetence but it would be too long. So I guess $150 and a bad review is all I have to show for their lack of professionalism.
