Wow, wow, wow !!
This is the 3rd office move they have done for me !! These guys literally RUN back and forth with their dolly’s to grab the next load of boxes !! THEY ARE BY FAR THE BEST MOVERS I’VE EVER HIRED !! Each time , they even get quicker .. They love their job and it certainly shows !! I’ll be calling you again soon for the next move !!

The moving team was timely with delivery, their packing of household items was very good. Nothing broke and many boxes labeled with box contents. The only surprise was to find a live plant amongst the artificial plants, which survived a 2 month delay being rescued! Great service, movers were very polite and they were cautious when unloading truck to our basement. I would use them again, and I recomend them for a worry free move!

This was my second move with Goodfellas. First time no issues. This time there were problems and the Owner Jeff was impossible to reach, didn't return phone calls and didn't care.

My new, powerful soundbar with surround sound bluetooth speakers was taken by one of the packers, alledging a misunderstanding. I received a call that he returned my equipment to their office and it would be delivered to my new home in a few days. Weeks went by and my surround system was not delivered, so I drove to their office to pick it up myself. When I arrived, there was a box with an old school heavy receiver and speakers, none of which were mine. I guess they thought that a 70 year old woman wouldn't know the difference!! I didn't take their box of junk equipment and I cannot get Jeff to return my phone call.

My 2 year old refrigerator with icemaker was working fine until the day they moved it. When it was delivered off the truck and plugged in, it was no longer working and Jeff flat out refused to send someone out to look at it.

I had a cordless drill and battery and lots of drill bits altogether in a handy bin. This was never found. Again, Jeff refused to do anything. He was unwilling to compensate me in any way.

I caution you that Goodfellas says all the right things to get the sale, but they ghost you if there is a problem. Very poor customer service and their crew and management team obviously don't care!
I am left without my soundbar, and a drill set and a refrigerator that doesnt work. Don't let this happen to you.

We used them to move our elderly Aunt and Uncle into assisted living in January. I don't remember either of the young men who did the moving, but both were great! We were called about a half hour before they arrived and said they were on the way. They made sure everything fragile was wrapped and secured in the truck. It was only three rooms, dinning, living and bedroom but they made sure it was all set up and ready to use. Gave them a military discount and thank him for his service. Thanks for a good experience.
