I rented a U Hual, customer service was nice and at the time helpful. But the person renting the U Haul didn't provide me with the proper information or have the proper training for renting the U Haul truck. A $39.99 U Haul rental cost me $325.55 of addition cost that wasnt explained to me. She admitted to not knowing those details that should have been explained to me at the time of rental. I feel as if I was robbed. Will never go there again. Sorry for the bad review but I was taken advantage of.
