Unprofessional, contents was removed from original packing, water damage to clothing, pictures, furniture, office equipment. Was not notified of the water damaged, no one contact except to collect on the different fees( storage and delivery bal.) No reponds to messages or calls. Upon delivery the delivery personnel was rushing to unloaded items that bends had been damaged. Still going through items. Will continue upon completion of unpacking. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone or anything they are above the worst! Mattress & adjustable frames soak wrapped in plastic so i wouldn't see or smell the odor, mildew,smells, retirement plaque missing, pictures soak. This is not even half i cried.Then they say contact them directly but they don't answer the phone.

Why doesn't Google allow giving someone zero stars? Fast Transportation doesn't deserve even the 1 star! This has been my worst moving experience to date.

I cannot stress enough how utterly terrible Fast Transportation LLC is. This company is an absolute nightmare, and I regret ever hiring them. They initially quoted a reasonably lower price, but once they loaded my belongings, they demanded triple the amount, claiming there was 'too much stuff.' The person who did the video call estimate completely botched the job, but instead of taking responsibility, they stuck me with a massive bill.

If you think you can still make it work, under no circumstances should you let them pack anything. The guy who packed my kitchen was the absolute worst — he just threw everything into boxes without any wrapping. By the time my belongings were delivered, every box he packed was squished. Despite telling us not to pack any liquids, he packed a bottle of oil without our knowledge, and it leaked all over everything! The boxes he packed were overfilled and literally fell apart during delivery. I will come back to this incompetant guy later in the review.

The day of delivery was an utter disaster. The driver refused to unload a single item until I paid every cent they claimed I owed. And who in the world still uses money orders?? After finally getting them to start, they informed me that a lot of my stuff would have to be delivered on another day because there wasn't enough space in the truck. Are you kidding me? So, they ransomed my stuff for the full amount only for me to find out they didn't bring everything?

The original agreement, and payment, was to deliver most of my stuff to my new address and the rest to a storage facility, but the main guy flat out refused to take anything to the storage facility. Yes, this is the same jerk that packed my kitchen. Instead, after a shouting match with his boss on the phone, he threatened to just leave my belongings outside the building. He is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with — his own colleagues thought he was being unreasonable!

After his heated argument with his boss, he just sat his lazy butt in the truck while the two other guys (who were actually very decent) helped me finish the job.

Now I'm left with numerous broken pieces of furniture and shattered dishes, and who knows what else I'll find once I unpack the rest of the boxes. To top it all off, they delivered several items that weren't even mine — a lawn chair, a side table, a floral duffel bag full of clothes. Clearly, someone else’s belongings were mixed in with mine, and who knows where my stuff ended up. They forced my treadmill through a door that was clearly too small for it and damaged it.

This is a third-rate dumpster fire of a moving company. Please, do NOT hire them. Spend your money elsewhere. If you do hire them, be prepared for your belongings to be damaged, misplaced, or just not show up at all.

I wouldn’t hire Fast Transportation LLC to take the trash out because they’d probably lose half of it, spill the rest, and then deliver someone else’s garbage to my door!

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!! Their initial contact on the telephone was lovely - She must be a con artist. My move was underestimated by 15k. (Originally estimated at 16k). Was promised 10 guys -6 showed up. Was promised they knew how to pack and were professional. They were not. They hardly spoke English, were surly and generally disrespectful to anything I asked. At 1 am in the morning (7 hours after they were supposed to have finished) they doubled the estimate and said that the total was now 36000, and they drove away with all my possessions in 3 trucks. At my new home, they arrived 18 hours late and expected to start unloading at 7pm at night (outside the buildings ‘moving’ hours). The next morning when they returned, they demanded the remaining 15k in cash otherwise they would not unload my possessions. When they did begin (after the ransom was paid) over 90% of my stuff was damaged. 2 of the now only 4 member gang started a fist fight between themselves and had to be restrained by the other 2. At one point I had to threaten to call the police to get them to unpack the rest of the items to see how damaged they were. I hope they and their company ROT IN HELL. (And day by day we are discovering stuff that never made it here)

UPDATE - as you can see from the review, their AI gave me a cordial response making them sound like they care (6 months after I wrote the review). I followed their advice and seeing no 'customer service dept' on their site, I asked how I contact their 'customer service dept'. As you may have guessed, no response.
