The owner and his friend were friendly. However, this is not an official mover. They will not provide you with a bill of lading/any kind of documentation and do NOT bring moving blankets, wrap etc. If you use them understand that it is a couple of guys renting a uhaul and putting your stuff in it. Everything of ours went in without any kind of protection including the tv. One of our dressers completely fell apart and there was no apology or any kind of insurance to file a claim with. We were quoted a flat rate which changed as the move went along with miscommunications. If you aren’t able to move yourself and want the cheapest option this is it. You get what you pay for. In our case we tried to cheap out and a lot of stuff is damaged and broken.

They canceled on us at the last minute and were unwilling to help or assist us further. They tried to move it to the middle of the work week after they cancelled, leaving us high and dry. I will never recommend them.
