Our movers did an excellent job with helping us haul all our furniture. They did all the heavy lifting quickly while preventing any damage to our belongings by using padding material, stacking in a specific way, & being careful with proper technique while carrying our items. They even assembled furniture that we had ordered from an online retailer. Very courteous & efficient. Scheduling was easy & communication was streamlined & simple. Would highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Gorilla. The moving team was kind and efficient. There was also excellent communication throughout the entire process.

The movers themselves were efficient and quick, they brought along some extra boxes and used padding on TVs, etc. However, when I booked a week or so in advance I was told to expect a $100 deposit to be charged and it never was. When it came time to settle the bill I was told one amount and charged $150 more, causing me to overdraft. Thankfully, I had some cash to run and put into an ATM to even myself out but the drivers/movers seemed unconcerned when this happened and just sped off saying they would “have him call me” (him who? And it never happened)…that left a bad taste in my mouth after an already long & stressful day. I was also told there is no fee to stop at two places and I was assessed one. Book with care and be sure to look at your bill yourself to avoid ending up like me.

The owner Casey was a huge jerk. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. Use anybody else. They will try to scam and bully you.

They gave the most cheap quotation of all the other firms, their movers were very skilled and kind, and they tacked on no extra fees. There is nothing more I could possibly ask for—highly recommended!
