Gouffon Moving and Storage Co.

My husband and I just moved to the area from out of state and needed help unloading all of our belongings off the moving truck into our new house. When I called to get a quote, Taylor was very helpful answering all of my questions and providing an estimated cost. Gouffon's prices were the best out of the 4 companies I got quotes from. Not having an hourly minimum was nice, especially because we didn't think our job would take too long. On the day, the crew showed up on time and were friendly and professional. The moved everything into our house quickly and safely and made sure to ask us where everything needed to go. The guys even moved some furniture around after we changed our minds and brought a few items in from the garage. We were very satisfied with our moving experience and would highly recommend Gouffon Moving!

We used Gouffon for an in-town move from our apartment in West Hills to our house off of S. Northshore in Jan 2020. Gouffon was the most professional movers I have dealt with in Knoxville (I have used two other companies). They were on time, courteous, and professional with the initial quote, the move, and a response to an issue we had at the end. The price was fair, the communication was friendly, and the service provided was very satisfactory. They moved everything with precision and none of our possessions were damaged in the move. They did ding one of our walls during the move, but responded promptly and fairly with our complaint. I would highly recommend them for your next move.

Everyone I spoke to and worked with was respectful and polite. The workers were on time for moving day and treated my belongings better than any moving company I have worked with. They were also efficient. I will absolutely use this company again the next time I move.

We were very pleased with Gouffon. Exceptional service. Connie was great to work with. She handled everything and made me feel at ease. We live in Ohio and was purchasing furniture from Michigan for a new cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN. We had the furniture delivered and stored at Gouffon until we could have it delivered to the finished cabin. We coordinated delivery and met them at the cabin with a Uhaul full of stuff from Ohio. They unloaded and moved everything in and set it all up. The movers were terrific and very professional. Would highly recommend them!
